Wedding Planning

Production

For the bride and groom who need help from the engagement to the honeymoon, we offer full event planning services. After an initial complementary consultation, we will meet with you to discuss the budget, style and design of your wedding. We will work with you to plan all aspects of your special day including planning the budget, overseeing your month-to-month check list, conducting site inspection, refering and negotatiating vendor contracts, accompanying you to vendor meetings and managing all aspects of your ceremony and reception. During the planning process you will have unlimited access to your coordinator via consultations, phone and e-mail. Wedding production includes our day of service.

Day of Coordination

For the bride and groom who have already done the planning but want to be stress-free on their wedding day, we offer day of coordination. One month before your event, we will step in to do a final walk-through of the event site, conduct a comprehensive interview with you to map out event timing and activitie, contact all your vendors and review each contract to confirm all details are in place and provide both you and your vendors with a detailed event-day timeline and wedding week itinerary. We will direct your wedding rehersal and will manage all activities on the day of the event from start to finish, ensuring that everything is executed to perfection.

Consulting and planning services can be customized to fit your budget and needs. Services include, but are not limited to, design consultation, budget and check list tools, vendor and site selection, invitation management and planning of related events such as rehersal dinners, bridal shower, wedding week activities and your honey moon.

Promotional Events

We offer promotional party planning. After your initial complementary consultation, we will meet with you to discuss budget, style and design of your event. We will help in creation of theme, selection of vendors, coordination with venue for catering, rental needs, invitations, gifts and favors.

Corporate Events

We provide services from business luncheons to large corporate events. A planner will assist you throughout the planning process which includes:

  • Coordination with venue for catering
  • Rental needs
  • Invitations
  • Gift bag favors

We aid in hotel accomodations for guests, out of town welcome gifts, and a planner will be available via consultation, phone and e-mail.

Social Affairs

We offer full event planning services. After an initial complementary consultation, we will meet with you to discuss the budget, style and design of your event. We will work with you on all aspects of your event, including planning the budget, conducting site inspections, referring and negotiating vendor contracts.

During the planning process you will have unlimited access to us via consultation, phone and e-mail.
